Decking, canopies and pergolas in Dublin and Meath

We build decks, canopies and pergolas, and plan them with the patio, lawn and drainage around them.

  • Built by our own crew
  • Planned with the patio and lawn around it

Canopy over a patio

A canopy built over a new porcelain patio, with a lawn and stepping-stone path leading to it.

Designed first

We prepare concept designs for pergolas and seating areas so you can see the layout before we build.

Part of the whole garden

Decks and pergolas are planned with the paving, lawn and drainage, not added as an afterthought.

Questions

Common questions

What changes the price?

The size of the deck or structure, the materials, whether it has a roof, and the ground conditions and levels. Your detailed written quotation sets it out.

I want a covered area I can use in the rain. Is a pergola right?

A timber veranda, open or enclosed with sliding glass, may suit better. See our timber verandas and glass rooms page.

Do I need planning permission?

It depends on the size, height and position. We check your site first, and a Section 5 declaration from the council gives certainty.

Do you work in my area?

We work within 50 km of Dunshaughlin, Co. Meath. That covers all of Dublin and towns in Meath, Kildare, Louth (such as Drogheda) and north Wicklow.
