Garden rebuilds and landscaping in Dublin and Meath
Complete garden transformations planned as one job: drainage, paving, lawn, walls, planting, pergolas and verandas, outdoor kitchens and garden rooms, built by our own crew.
- The whole garden planned as one job
- Drainage and levels dealt with first
- Paving, lawn, walls, planting and structures
Drainage first
Drainage is planned as part of the rebuild, so the new garden copes with Irish rain.
Paving on a proper base
Porcelain is laid on a compacted sub-base with falls, the same way we build every patio.
More than a patio
A rebuild can bring together porcelain, drainage, lawn, walls, planting, a pergola or veranda, a barbecue or outdoor kitchen and a garden room. If you only need a patio, see our porcelain patios page.
Gardens we have transformed

What a garden rebuild can include
- Drainage and levels
- Porcelain patios and paths on a compacted sub-base
- Lawn, natural or artificial
- Garden walls, boundaries and planting beds
- Pergolas and timber verandas
- Barbecue and outdoor kitchen areas
- Garden lighting
- Garden rooms and garden stores
Artificial grass supplied and installed from €100 per m² plus VAT.
Our standard scope includes the excavation and site preparation needed, removal of normal excavated material, a suitable compacted sub-base, a geotextile or weed membrane where required, a preparation and levelling layer, the artificial grass, joints, fixing and finishing. Depths are set to suit your existing ground and finished levels, so we confirm them on site. The final price depends on site conditions, access and the grass you choose. Additional drainage, abnormal ground conditions, major level changes and other non-standard preparation are quoted separately. Prices exclude VAT, which is added at 13.5%. Porcelain patios are priced on our patios page; other landscaping is quoted after a site assessment.

What clients say
Absolutely delighted with the work from MF Project Solutions! We found it really tough to get a single crew who could handle the full paving, the astro fitting, and deliver a turnkey garden room with such a clean finish, but these guys delivered exactly that. The service from start to finish was top class, and their level of consultation gave us total peace of mind the whole… Read more
way through the project. We went with a split layout—a storage room and a main space that does the job perfectly as a hybrid home office, gym, and second living room. Couldn't recommend them highly enough to anyone looking to sort out their garden space.
I’ve got my garden Done by MF and I couldn’t recommend them enough, fast efficient and professional service, If you’re looking for some company that you can trust to get your home renovated I’d definitely chose these guys

View projectCommon questions
Can you do the whole garden in one job?
Yes. We rebuild whole gardens, including drainage, paving, lawn, lighting and garden stores.
Do you lay artificial grass?
Yes, as well as natural lawn. Artificial grass is supplied and installed from €100 per m² plus VAT, including the ground preparation, sub-base, membrane where required, levelling layer, joints and finishing.
Our garden holds water. Can you fix that?
Drainage is part of every garden rebuild we quote. We look at where water collects and plan the drainage and falls around it.
Do you publish prices for landscaping?
For two items: artificial grass, supplied and installed from €100 per m² plus VAT, and porcelain patios, supplied and installed from €200 per m² including VAT. Drainage, walls, planting beds and the rest depend on the garden, so we prepare a detailed written quotation after a site assessment.
