Residential project
Whole-house renovation, Drumcondra
A 1926 red-brick house taken back to its structure and rebuilt: new floors and joists, roof repairs, insulation and heating, a rear extension, a new kitchen and fitted joinery.
- Location
- Drumcondra, Dublin 9

This house needed everything. We stripped it back to the structure, replaced rotten joists and floors, repaired the roof, added a rear extension and brought in new insulation, electrics and heating.
The finished house keeps its original fireplaces, with fitted wardrobes and lit arched shelving made around them, and a galley kitchen that opens to the rear patio.
